We make 2-3 kinds of bread fresh daily. We freeze some super fast to have available in the freezer if you miss the day we make them fresh.
If you have a request for a special type of bread let us know, and we will make it for you.

Vienna– An Italian style crust perfect for peanut butter, egg salad, or toast.
Petite French– A white, crusty bread, great for sandwiches. Use for garlic or dipping bread. A perfect complement to any meal.
Honey Whole Wheat – Finely ground wheat bread for those that want a dark bread without the whole grain.
Six-Grain– A special bread for a healthy diet with six grains and a wonderful taste. This is Paul’s favorite sandwich bread.
Sourdough – A hearty bread with lots of flavor. Excellent for any grilled sandwich or as dip bread.
Rye – A rye bread that can be used with anything.
Marble – A blend of our sourdough and rye to make an unique looking and tasting bread. Try this for grilled sandwiches.
Caraway Rye – A rye bread with a delicate blend of ground caraway seeds.
Cinnamon – Just the right size for the toaster. Can be ordered plain or frosted. A taste bud sensation. Great for French toast.
Cinnamon Raisin – Perfect for the toaster. Can be ordered plain or frosted.
Three Seed – A perfect blend of linseed, cotton seed, and sesame seed. It’s the lightest of our grainy breads.
Rogolli – A light rye with a lot of sourdough characteristics. Try it making grilled cheese with it. Yum!
Iowa Garden – A cheese bread loaded with corn, green peppers, onions, peas, and tomato sauce.
